Please note that this experience includes loud audio, sudden sound effects, strobe lighting, complete darkness, fog, tight spaces, uneven terrain, and physically and emotionally intense scenes. Due to the nature of the attraction, it is not recommended for individuals with asthma, respiratory issues, heart conditions, high blood pressure, seizures, claustrophobia, anxiety disorders, or for those who are pregnant. Individuals using pacemakers, crutches, medical braces, or who have physical limitations should not enter. Pacemakers are strictly prohibited.
All guests must follow our safety rules: No touching of actors, props, or other patrons. No running, smoking, vaping, eating, drinking, or use of flash photography or video recording inside the attraction. Any violation of these rules will result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund. Children under 10 years old are not permitted without a parent or guardian. We recommend the experience for ages 10 and up, but final discretion is up to the parent or guardian.
Pure Terror Scream Park is mainly and indoor attraction with a few outdoor areas, and as such, severe weather conditions may impact our operations. In the rare event that we are forced to close due to weather, your ticket will be valid for any other open night during the current 2025 season. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including weather-related closures.
